Admissions Process
HOUSING
Generally, we provide houses that meet the following criteria:

Single-multi family homes

Clean & rehabbed if needed

3-6 Bedrooms

Private rooms

Shared rooms

2-3 Full bathrooms

Fully furnished homes, including linens & basic cleaning supplies

Washer & Dryer provided

Streaming TV & WiFi
-
Computer & printer station
-
Keyless Entry

Security Systems
-
Quarterly pest control
COST
The price of rent depends on the property type and preference of the applicant. Generally, this is what to expect:

Rent price includes all utilities (WiFi) in our fully furnished houses.

Upon acceptance, the first month's rent plus a deposit of half of the monthly rent cost with payment plan to for full deposit

Application Fee: $60

Single bed: Call for room fee

Private room: Price: Call for room fee

We do accept SSI, SDI & Veteran's benefits
-
Private pay options are: Money Order, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
-
Clients with representative payee services or a dedicated agency paying on their behalf.
PROCESS
1. Meet Admission Requirements

30-days sober
-
Willing to abide by house rules
3. Intake Interview & Orientation

Upon filling out application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will do an over the phone interview and answer any questions you may have.

Pay first month rent & deposit
-
Upon acceptance into our program, you will be scheduled for a in-home orientation.
4. Move In!

After the application, interview and paying upfront costs and fees, you will be welcomed to move in.
