Who We Are
Smithly Housing Solutions, LLC is a faith-driven housing ministry dedicated to serving elderly veterans, seniors, and vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness. Guided by God’s love, compassion, and the call to serve others, we provide safe, sober, and supportive housing where individuals can find stability, dignity, and hope.
While we operate as an LLC, our mission is rooted in faith and the belief that every person is created with purpose and deserving of a place to call home. We strive to be the hands and feet of Christ by extending grace, encouragement, and practical support to those facing housing insecurity.
Our goal is not simply to provide shelter, but to help restore lives, strengthen communities, and offer hope for a brighter future one person, one home, and one opportunity at a time.

At Smithly Housing Solutions, we believe that everyone deserves a second chance, a safe place to call home, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Our faith base cooperative living model brings together individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences in a supportive, family-like environment where respect, accountability, and community are encouraged.
Guided by faith and compassion, we provide housing opportunities for those who may face barriers to traditional housing due to past hardships, credit challenges, rental history, or other life circumstances. We believe that a person’s past does not determine their future and that every individual is worthy of grace, encouragement, and a fresh start.
Our homes are designed to offer more than shelter they provide a safe, stable, and supportive community where residents can heal, grow, and move forward with hope. Through God’s love and the support of caring partners, we strive to create an environment where lives can be restored and new beginnings can flourish.
At Smithly Housing Solutions, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, stability, and hope. Our faith-centered housing model is designed to help individuals move toward greater independence and self-sufficiency, regardless of their financial circumstances.
We proudly serve individuals living on limited, fixed, or low incomes, including those receiving employment income, rental assistance, government benefits, unemployment, SSI, or SSDI. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable housing and the chance to rebuild their lives in a supportive environment.
Our homes provide more than a place to stay they offer a welcoming community where residents can experience peace, security, and a sense of belonging. Residents enjoy the comforts and amenities of a well-maintained family home, creating an atmosphere that promotes personal growth, responsibility, and hope for the future.
To make housing simple and affordable, residents pay a flat monthly rate for private or semi-private accommodations, which includes utilities, internet access, and other essential household services.
